About your order......
Q. Shopping cart does not respond.
A. Make sure “Cookie” on your Internet setting is valid.
Q. Even it’s been a day after submitting the order, you do not receive our auto reply.
A. It’s either you typed in the wrong email address or your order was not processed correctly for some reasons. Please place your order again and make sure to type in “Re-Send” on the remark section.
Q. You want to have the embroidery on your dogi or belt.
A. At checkout process, choose "Yes" on name embroidery. Then, after submitting your order, you'll receive an auto reply with URL for embroidery request form.
Q. You already submit your order and received an auto reply, but you want to cancel your order.
If your order has not been shipped out, we can accept the cancellation. If your order has been shipped out, you can’t cancel your order. If the item or the size you ordered is "production on order", you can't cancell once it's made. Also, if your order includes embroidery and the embroidery is completed, we do not accept the cancellation.

After receiving your order, you want to return the products.

A-1. If you want to return the product because it’s too big / small or different from what you had in mind, make sure that the products are not used and washed and email us about the return. Then, wait for our instruction for return. *With this situation, you must pay for the shipping for returning.
A-2. If the products have the embroidery ordered by you, you cannot return them.
A-3. If the item or the size you ordered is "production on order", you can't return them.
